Vande Bharat has changed the complexion of doing business with Railways completely. Fast train like Vande Bharat puts lot of demands in terms of preventive checks to ensure safety. We have been entrusted with major activities to refurbish existing infrastructure to be able to do preventive checks on Vande Bharat. Along with so many other solutions, assembly de-assembly solutions are our main offer to Indian Railways pan India. We have a dedicated team of 6 people for Indian Railways only and we are familiar with tendering process on Railways portal called IREPS and GeM platform. Not just by participating in the tender, we start from shop floor. Understanding application, proposing right solution, conducting demonstration, doing technical presentation and seminars are our way of working in Railways. Today we are working with 9 main Zones out of total 19 pan India. We are looking to strengthen further by brining more solution as per changing needs due to adaption of automation and Industry 4.0. Railway is looking for more digital solutions and that is our main focus area now. Selling solution only may not be sufficient as our offer is incomplete without having a well quipped service center. We plan to invest into a service center as well. Work has started in this direction in back end.
We provide Graphite die lubricant for press forging dies only. We undertake cost per component contract where cost is proposed for one ton of metal forged. Here again our customer would receive one invoice per month irrespective of the quantity consumed.
